Season Edge In-Season

Season Edge is LVA’s position training for club players ages 13 to 18, on top of club practice. Two themed nights, 8:30 to 9:30 PM at the LVA High Performance Center, 1400 Summit Ave, Suite D, Plano.

• Offense Night (Mondays): setters, outsides, right sides and middles. Setter and hitter connection, tempo, out of system sets, transition attack and blocking footwork.
• Back Row Night (Wednesdays): liberos, DS and any player who plays back row. Serve receive, defensive reads, digging, out of system ball control and serving under pressure.

Small groups, capped for coaching ratios. Coached by Carlos Luna, 2008 Beijing Olympian, and the LVA staff.

In-Season: Jan 4 to Apr 28, 17 weeks. One night plan: 17 sessions. Both nights plan: 34 sessions. Want preseason too? The Full Season Pass covers Nov 2 to Apr 28 for less. No make-ups or refunds for missed sessions.
