Flight School: Spring Break Performance Training
Increase Vertical. Improve Power. Move Like an Elite Athlete.
Flight School is an intensive athletic performance session engineered to improve your athlete’s vertical jump, explosiveness, footwork, tendon strength, and overall movement mechanics. This program is specifically designed to help volleyball athletes learn to generate more power, transfer energy efficiently, and jump higher with better form.
Program Focus Areas:
Vertical Jump Technique — Biomechanics-based training to maximize elevation through proper loading, timing, and force production.
Explosive Movement and Approach Footwork — Transition speed, takeoff mechanics, prep steps, and reactive jumping patterns.
Plyometrics and Tendon Strength Development — Progressive plyometric training builds tendon stiffness, resiliency, and jump-specific power.
Individualized Technique Corrections — Coaches provide form cues and targeted adjustments throughout the session.

- Ages: 13 and up (advanced level required)
- Date: March 16–18, 2026 (Spring Break Week)
