Flight School is LVA performance training: strength, speed, jump and injury prevention built for volleyball athletes at every level.

  • When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 to 6:30 PM
  • Season: November 2026 through April 2027. No sessions Thanksgiving week or Dec 21 to Jan 3.
  • Where: LVA High Performance Center, 1400 Summit Ave Suite D, Plano TX 75074

Drop-in: $30 for one session. Use it on any Tuesday or Thursday.
