Club practice builds the team. These three days build you.
In a club practice of twelve, the coach is split twelve ways. Nobody gets an hour on their own serve receive, their own approach, their own weakness. Three mornings of concentrated reps in a small group, led by a 2008 Olympian and professional coaching staff, aimed at your game.
The three days
- Monday, Ball Control. Serve receive against live aggressive serving, defensive reads, digging hard driven balls, out of system control.
- Tuesday, Attack and Connect. Approach speed, jump mechanics, shot selection against a real block, setter to hitter connection, transition offense.
- Wednesday, Championship Day. Compete for four scored skill titles plus Queens of the Court. Medals for first, second and third in every event.
Every morning
Opens with the 30 Minute Activation Flight with Coach Don, 9:00 to 9:30. Movement, footwork and jump mechanics, so you start the session already warm.
Championship Day
Four individual titles scored on points, not opinion: Best Server, Best Passer, Best Setter, Best Hitter. Ten attempts each, highest total wins. Then Queens of the Court with balanced teams drafted by the coaches.
Two divisions so every title is real: 13s and 14s in one, 15 and up in the other. Placement is by age first, but coaches can move an athlete up or down based on skill and experience. Medals awarded in both divisions. Families welcome at 11:30am for the ceremony.
Who this is for
Ages 13 to 18, club and competitive players. This is not a beginner camp. Drills run at game speed and the competition is scored. If your athlete is newer to the sport, ask us about DVA instead.
45 athletes only. Bring knee pads, court shoes, a water bottle and a snack.
