Also, this program teaches you the primary offense and defense systems so that you can understand how the game works in an uplifting, friendly, and fun environment.

This program is excellent for any elementary and middle school player who wants to build a strong foundation of the four primary volleyball skills. You will also be exposed to game situations that will help you understand the primary offense and game systems.
