Attend all summer Elite Hitter Academy classes (24 classes). Get premium training to take you hitting to the next level. Clinics are Monday & Wednesday 5:00 – 6:00.
Fly High (Volleyball-Specific Strength And Conditioning Training)
Enhance your volleyball athleticism in this intense 12 week volleyball-specific strength and conditioning program. You can workout as much as 4 days a week (48 total) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 4:15-5:00.

Coaches Running This Program
Coach Carlos
LVA Director
Coach Carlos has 30 years of experience playing and coaching. Carlos is part of Venezuela’s “golden generation” that won more than 20 international medals, including the Pan-American Games in 2003 and several medals in South American and World Championships. He also played in the Olympics in Beijing in 2008. Carlos played 15 years as a Pro in Italy, Argentina, Greece, Spain, Japan, Qatar, UAE, Finland, and Venezuela.
He’s been coaching the club for almost a decade now. Coach Carlos founded Luna Volleyball Academy in 2018 to provide premium private training in DFW. Due to the constant asking from players and coaches, Carlos decided to take a leap of faith to start his club in 2022.
Carlo’s primary motivation for starting his club is to provide another perspective on high-level volleyball in DFW. He believes high-level players should look beyond college; his mission is to reach their full potential by pursuing a pro career or getting into the Team USA pipeline and developing a winning mindset players can use when retired from playing.
Coach Carlos is also the club director and head coach of two teams and is in charge of the club’s player development program. Thus, all LVA players will have the opportunity to be coached by him from September to October during the pre-season clinics.

Coach Leo
Elite Coach
Coach Leonard brings over 20 years of International and Professional experience in sand and indoor volleyball. He has a degree in physical education and has taken several indoor and sand international courses. Coach Leonard was part of the squad that qualified Venezuela for the second time in history for the Olympics (Tokyo 2020). He also played professionally in Finland and Venezuela and internationally in the FIVB Beach World Tours. To learn more about coach Leo’s volleyball career, click HERE.
Coach Gio
Elite Coach
Born in El Salvador, coach Gio’s journey in volleyball began with numerous triumphs, including multiple national championships across first—and second-division teams with his hometown team, Santa Ana. Fuelled with passion, coach Gio pursued a degree in Physical Education in 2007, paving the way for his career as an educator and earning a coveted scholarship in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, specializing in sports science applications.
In 2013, he further honed his expertise with a scholarship at Leipzig University, Germany, specializing in high-performance volleyball. His dedication extends beyond academia, as evidenced by completing various certifications, including FIVB II Certified, CAP I Certified, and Vertimax Certified. Coach Gio is also proficient in utilizing advanced tools such as Data Volley and VolleyStation Knowledge for scouting and analysis.
Transitioning into coaching, Gio led his Santa Ana club to national championship victories for both genders and triumphs in the superior league for females. Since relocating to Dallas, Gio has been the head coach at different clubs in the Metroplex, spearheading the establishment of a youth development program in the last club he coached. Additionally, he served as a development manager for young players and as an assistant coach at Eastfield College during the 2022 season.

This program is great for any player who wants to have a breakthrough summer. It is an all-in-one, high-quality training program. LVA is proud to have three coaches with international playing and coaching experience who are willing to level up your game. The instruction you will get in this Elite program is unlike anything you have experienced.
This program is run by LVA international coaches (Coach Carlos, Coach Leo, and Coach Giovanni). These three coaches are also available for private lessons in the LVA Level-Up To Elite program.

This is a 12-week program. It starts on May 2nd and goes until July 25.
This is NOT another generic summer camp or clinic. This is high-performance volleyball training and is very physically and technically demanding. Any competitive player 12U—18U who wants to take their game to the next level and be challenged to be the best version of themselves and reach their full potential is welcome. Any player willing to work with a coachable attitude and learn from coaches with immense experience in high-level play is welcome.
