Frequently Asked Questions
Who are these clinics for?
Any competitive athlete in the DFW area ages 12U–16U interested in being evaluated for an LVA club team for the 2026–2027 season. Current LVA athletes and outside athletes are both welcome.
What happens during a session?
Every session combines active training with ongoing evaluation. Athletes train real volleyball skills — serving, passing, hitting, setting, and defense — while Coach Carlos and the LVA staff simultaneously assess each athlete.
What are the Saturday clinics?
Bonus evaluation sessions held the first two Saturdays of May only. They give athletes extra court time and evaluation exposure right at the start of the program — don't miss them.
When can clubs make offers?
Per NTR policy, verbal non-binding offers may begin two weeks after the start of the Evaluation Window — which is May 18, 2026. The official Acceptance Date when binding offers and money can be exchanged is July 7, 2026.
Does attending guarantee a club spot?
Attendance doesn't guarantee placement, but athletes who train consistently give themselves the strongest foundation and the most court time in front of our coaching staff throughout the evaluation window.
Can my athlete attend a different age group?
Athletes may request to attend an adjacent age group session with prior coach approval. Email admin@lunavolleyballacademy.com before registering.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are held at the LVA High Performance Center — 1400 Summit Ave, Plano, TX 75074.
What is your refund policy?
Sessions are pay-per-drop-in. If you are unable to attend
