Flight School is a 12-week progressive training program built for volleyball athletes—whether your child is just starting their performance journey or competing at the club level.

New athletes develop fundamental movement patterns, coordination, and the tendon resilience needed for future training. Club athletes focus on vertical jump improvement, explosive power, and efficient volleyball-specific mechanics.

A full season of consistent training allows for real athletic adaptation—not quick fixes that fade.
