Flight School isn’t a quick fix—it’s a 12-week progressive training program built on the same principles used by elite athletic development programs. Whether your child is new to performance training or already competing at the club level, we meet them where they are and build from there.
For Club & Competitive Athletes: Athletic Potentiation

Why a Full Season?
Athletic adaptation doesn’t happen in a few weeks. A 12-week commitment allows for proper progressions, adequate recovery, and the neuromuscular changes that lead to real, lasting results—not temporary spikes that fade once training stops.

Five sessions available each week. Athletes attend according to their membership tier.
