Train & Compete
A full 90-minute session of real volleyball — open to every age group in one all-ages evaluation.
Coached & Evaluated
Coached and assessed at the same time. Every rep counts toward your club team evaluation.
Full Skills Assessment
Serving, passing, hitting, setting, and defense — all evaluated by the LVA staff.
NTR Compliant
Held within LVA’s official NTR Evaluation Window per league policy.

Who is this session for?
Any competitive athlete in the DFW area, any age group, interested in being evaluated for an LVA club team. Current LVA athletes and outside athletes are both welcome.
What happens during the session?
Every session combines active training with ongoing evaluation. Athletes train real volleyball skills — serving, passing, hitting, setting, and defense — while the LVA staff assess each athlete.
Where is it held?
LVA High Performance Center — 1400 Summit Ave, Plano, TX 75074.
What is your refund policy?
Sessions are pay-per-drop-in. If you are unable to attend, no refund is provided as spots are limited.
