Refund Policy

This policy applies to all Luna Volleyball Academy programs, including the Developmental Volleyball Academy (DVA), Elite Position Academies, Flight School, camps, and clinics.

Before a program starts

If you need to withdraw before the first session of your program, you may choose either a full refund or a full credit toward a future Luna Volleyball Academy program. Email admin@lunavolleyballacademy.com and tell us which you prefer.

Once a program has started

After the first session of your program has taken place, registrations are final and no refunds are issued.

Missed sessions

There are no make-ups, refunds, or credits for missed practices, game days, clinics, or camp days. Your athlete’s spot is held for the full program regardless of attendance.

Sessions cancelled by LVA

If Luna Volleyball Academy cancels a session for weather, facility closure, or any other reason, we will either schedule a make-up session or extend the program. Sessions we cancel are never counted as missed sessions.

Add-ons and upgrades

Package add-ons and upgrades follow the same terms as the program they are attached to.
