This program is great for any player looking to play at the highest level of volleyball.
FLY High Performance will help you develop strength, speed, balance, mobility, and vertical jump, in a challenging fun environment.
In this program, you will train the same way Olympian coach Carlos worked out on his playing days, doing the same routines that helped him have a 42′ vertical jump.
The program consists of two different circuits. The first circuit focuses on speed and agility development with various plyometric and ballistic exercises. Second circuit focus on strength and power development, combining metabolic and resistant training.
After completing this program, you will:
