Most frequent questions and answers

No. We are a private academy that offers club alternative programs. We offer year round private lessons, club-in season programs, and summer camps and clinics.

Our programs are focused in two group of players.

  • Beginners/intermediate: players that are new to volleyball or have several months, even a couple years but needs to refine the skills and learn basic offense and defense systems. Usually these player are trying out for their middle school team and have one or two years playing club.

Advanced: high school players that are playing at high level. These players want to be challenged for a coach that cares about them reaching their potential. This players are playing on Varsity, and club Open level. This players are working to be recruited for a DI, DII college. Some of them want to play pro, and very few of them want to became Olympians.

We’re not for players that aren’t willing to put in the necessary work that takes to become a high performance player. We are not for players that need constant external motivation. We are not for players that aren’t open to unlearn old habits so they can learn good ones. We are not for players with bad attitude and that complain all the time.

We believe in the process of getting better rep by rep. To be a high performance volleyball player, it takes tons of patience, resilience, feedback (internal and external), strategy and a process. Volleyball is the most inter dependent sport that requires constant individual and group effort. Because of that, players must learn hard skills (volleyball skills, tactics, and strategy), and soft skills (social, emotional, mental).
