- 2+ years club coaching experience
- Track record of athlete development
- SafeSport certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check required
- Alignment with LVA values

Common Questions
Head coaches typically commit to 2-3 practices per week (evenings) plus weekend tournaments. The season runs from November through June/July.
While head coaching experience is preferred, we also consider strong assistant coaches who are ready to lead their own team. What matters most is your alignment with our values and your ability to develop athletes.
SafeSport certification and a background check are required. USAV CAP certifications are a plus but not required—we’ll help you obtain them.

We offer one of the most competitive compensation packages in the North Texas Region. Specific details are discussed during the interview process.
Potentially, depending on your availability and our needs. Many of our coaches also offer private lessons for additional income.
