My player already gets 50% off clinics. What does Core actually change?
Core adds another 25% on top — you pay just 25% of any clinic or camp price. Plus a monthly private lesson ($100 value) and parent training, which aren’t included in any club package.
What is The Wise Parent Circle? And what’s LOVA Insider?
The Wise Parent Circle is our private online community for volleyball parents, coached by Coach Carlos. Every club-committed family gets the two parent courses — 70 lessons on playing time, tryouts, coach conversations, and pressure moments — included free. LOVA Insider is the full membership level of that community: it adds the Film Room (submit clips of your athlete and Coach Carlos personally breaks down member film throughout the season) and a monthly live training + Q&A with Coach Carlos on Zoom, where he breaks down not just player skills but the systems and strategies of the game itself — because the more you understand the game, the more you help your athlete and the better your family experience. Insider is included with All-Access and Elite 10; Core families can join Insider anytime for $47/month.
What if we want more than one private lesson per month?
Your membership includes one private lesson per month. Additional lessons with any LVA coach except Coach Carlos are always available — email info@lunavolleyballacademy.com to schedule and pay for them separately at regular rates. Elite 10 families get priority on the schedule. Please note: lessons with your own club coach cannot be scheduled after December 31, 2026.
What happens on the Zoom mentorship calls with Coach Carlos?
An Elite 10 exclusive: three calls per season — one per quarter. Each is a real coaching session: we review your player’s goals, talk through frustrations, break down recent game film together, and your player leaves with a personal Report Card — specific actions to work on before the next call.
Which programs are included in All-Access and Elite?
Every LVA clinic, camp, and academy running during the club season, August through April — Elite Setter Academy, Libero Academy, Elite Hitter Academy, Flight School (fall, winter, and spring), in-season Skills Training (Nov–Apr), and performance training. If LVA runs it, your player attends it. Two exceptions: the Pro Position Lab, a separate 6-player small group, and private lessons beyond your included monthly lesson, which are at regular rates.
What is the Pro Position Lab?
A small-group private for position mastery — passing, defense, setting, pins, and middles — run exclusively by Coach Carlos, capped at 6 players per one-hour session so every athlete gets pro-level attention. Because of the 6-player cap, PPL is a separate add-on at $85/player per session (membership and club discounts don’t apply). Elite 10 families book before spots open to anyone else.
What is the in-season Skills Training?
Two one-hour sessions every week — Monday and Wednesday, 8:30–9:30 PM, November through April 30 — built for extra quality reps during the club season. Free for All-Access and Elite members. Core members pay just 25% of the $45 session price (~$11); club families without 360 pay 50% (~$22).
Who counts as a sibling for Flight School?
One brother or sister in your household, in the same age range as our LVA performance athletes (normally 14 and up). They can attend every Flight School session offered from August through April — any day, including Saturday. Have a sibling younger than 14, or more than one sibling who’s an athlete? Email us at info@lunavolleyballacademy.com — we can still find ways for them to train.
Can parents really just show up and train?
Yes. Come work out at the Performance Center — the weekly schedule is TBD, announced before the season. No sign-up, no extra fee. You’re a member too.
Do unused private lessons or Zoom calls roll over?
No — each month’s lesson and call are use-it-or-lose-it. This keeps our coaches’ calendars honest and your player’s development consistent.
Why is the Elite 10 capped?
Because Coach Carlos personally teaches every Elite private lesson, and 10 monthly lessons is the honest limit of his schedule alongside running the club. It’s a real cap, not a marketing trick. And your spot is protected: Elite families get first right of renewal.
When does the membership run?
August 17, 2026 through April 30, 2027 — the full club season. 9 monthly payments.
Can we upgrade tiers mid-season?
Yes — upgrade any time if space allows.
Does LVA 360 cover spirit gear, concessions, or other non-sport items?
No — spirit gear, concessions, and other non-sport items are at regular price. LVA 360 benefits and discounts apply exclusively to sports and family training: clinics, camps, academies, lessons, and performance training.
What’s the monthly Social Night?
The last Friday of every month, August through April, the gym is yours from 6–8 PM: Parents’ Open Gym. LVA 360 isn’t just training — it’s a community, and this is where the families meet.
