You are already preparing for club. Practices have started, systems are going in, January is coming. This is not a replacement for that. It is the thing that sharpens it.
Club practice has started for most programs. Team systems, rotations, group reps. Necessary work, and it is aimed at the team.
In a practice of twelve, the coach is split twelve ways. Nobody gets an hour on their own serve receive, their own approach, their own weakness.
Small group, high touch, led by an Olympian and professional staff. Three mornings of reps aimed at your game, then scored to show you where it stands.
Days one and two are technical work at game speed, at a volume club practice cannot give you. Day three is scored competition with medals on the line.
Four individual titles, then a team event, then medals. Every competition is scored on points so the result is not a coach's opinion.
Ten attempts each, scored three, two, one or zero. Highest total wins. Ties settled by sudden death. No debate, no favorites.
Balanced teams drafted by the coaches, not by friendships. Win and you hold the queen side. Lose and you rotate off.
Three hours, built so the last hour is always the most competitive.
Limited spots. Club and competitive experience required, so the level stays honest.
The same staff that develops our club and Elite academy athletes. Not seasonal help brought in for the week.
2008 Beijing Olympian. Builds the system every LVA athlete trains inside.
Tokyo 2020 qualifier and FIVB Beach professional. Leads technical development.
Leads the 30 Minute Activation Flight that opens every morning. Movement, footwork and jump mechanics.
Club experience or equivalent competitive experience, yes. This is not a beginner camp. The drills run at game speed and the competition is scored, which only works if everyone in the gym can handle the level. If she is newer to the sport, ask us about DVA instead.
No. Almost every club pauses for Thanksgiving week, so nothing overlaps. And the work is different by design. Club practice builds team systems with the coach split across twelve players. Here she gets concentrated reps on her own game in a small group.
Two divisions, 13s and 14s in one and 15 and up in the other. Age is the starting point, not the rule. Our coaches watch the first two days and can move an athlete up or down based on skill and experience. Every title and medal is awarded in both divisions.
Knee pads, court shoes, a water bottle and a snack for the break. We supply everything else.
Full refund up to seven days before camp. Inside seven days we will move her registration to a current or future LVA program. Single day registrations are for the day selected and are not transferable between days once camp begins.
